Perimenopause is real. Messy. Mysterious. Often misrepresented, misdiagnosed, and mistreated. And, rarely discussed with nuance.
If you’re noticing shifts in your mood, memory, executive function, tendons, sleep, cycles, skin, or sense of self… you’re not alone. You may be entering one of life’s most under-supported transitions, and it’s time to talk about it!
Peerimenopause is a 90-minute, every-other-week online circle for those navigating perimenopause and midlife with curiosity, candor, and community.
This is a Neurodiversity-affirming peer support circle for the in-between times. We will center neurodiverse experiences and welcome all identities with care. We also welcome practitioners who are interested in better serving clients and patients as they navigate the intersection of perimenopause and neurodiverse life.

Commitment
If you can come to each session and contribute to the host on a means-based sliding scale, we are building an interest list for this group. Once we have some momentum, we will reach out about scheduling.
