Help Shape Our Next Unwind Space 🌿

Something exciting is unfolding.

The Unwind space is ready to grow. We are currently exploring a larger space that can hold more of what supports you most: deeper rest, richer connection, and opportunities to learn and explore together.

Before we take the next step in the lease process, I’d like your perspective. What would make this new space feel like a true home for your bodywork and integration experiences?

Here are a few areas to reflect on:

  • Location: Which neighborhoods or areas feel most accessible or appealing for you? So far, we are looking at central and west Berkeley, Emeryville.
  • Environment: Do you imagine a cozy, tucked-away sanctuary or an airy, light-filled studio?
  • Offerings: What experiences would you most love to see offered here? Bodywork, couples sessions, group work, weddings, memorials, themed classes, or workshops on related topics like somatic integration, plant medicines, touch education, or nervous system regulation?
  • Amenities: What details (like sound, scent, lighting, or rest areas) make a space feel deeply restorative for you?

This space is being co-created, and your input helps shape what it becomes. Whether you come for quiet restoration, relational exploration, or embodied learning, I want this next chapter to reflect our shared values of accessibility, inclusion, and attuned care.

You can reply directly to this email to share your thoughts.

Thank you for being part of this evolving work and for helping imagine what’s next. Your presence and voice truly matter here.

Warmly, Suz

Research continues to show that psychedelics can be an effective treatment option for those living with a wide range of pain conditions. On September 27 & 28, REMAP Therapeutics and the Psychedelics & Pain Association (PPA) are hosting an online Symposium that will elevate the rapidly growing body of knowledge in research and pain-patient communities around the use of psychedelics for pain management and treatment of neurological and physical conditions. Registration is offered on a sliding scale.

YOU ARE INVITED! Howard Rheingold Visits the Chalice OCTOBER 1, 2025 - 7PM I first met Howard when I worked at a smallish Internet company that wasn't going to be evil (I'm sure that's going fine). I was teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (tuned for engineers). I was also facilitating Design Thinking for flagship client engagements, among other very fancy and glamourous projects. One of the employees who started the same day as me was meeting a professor, and it was suggested I join....
