Our body holds more than tension; It holds stories waiting to be heard. At Unwind Oakland, we honor the body as a guide and storyteller by embracing the language of ethical and attuned touch. We value inclusive, co-created experiences where joy is sacred, fear is companioned, and humor is transformative.Through psychedelic integration bodywork and Ketamine-Assisted Therapeutic Myofascial (KATM) Bodywork, we work alongside you in your journey toward deeper connection with yourself and others as fellow Earthlings. Committed to doing our own work and deeply knowing this terrain, we strive to meet the unique needs of our clients with expansive approaches to psychedelic care. Here, you are invited to explore to restore, integrate, and fully inhabit your embodied experience—changed, yet whole.

Touch with Substance, October 2026
We Want You to Join Us
Bridge building and centering new voices is why we created Touch with Substance. Unlike most multi-speaker online events that flood you with a full day of information, we are spacing out our sessions throughout October. You have time to integrate and process. We also have a virtual art display, a place to share playlists, a library to share reading recommendations, and more!
The best part of any in-person conference is the hallway conversations and the magic when the spotlight is off. At the virtual Touch with Substance, you get access to a private, conference-only forum without the public noise. This is a space where you can discuss presentations with peers, ask questions of presenters, build genuine relationships, and enjoy a meaningful sense of connection.
Let's join hands and build the bridge together!

Perimenopause pain is a fascia story that deserves more than a shrug. Suz Vera and Dr. Daniel Irby unpack where bodywork, mental health, and prescribing meet during this wild chapter. Perfect for those crafting holistic care plans for patients and clients (without all those annoying platitudes). Includes autogenerated subtitles in a handful of languages.
