Hello Touch with Substance Fans,

As we move forward, I need your support to continue building a culture of skills and discernment around ethical and beneficial touch. These conversations are essential, especially in our low-touch and touch-deprived culture. Yet, not everyone is ready to support this conversation. Unfortunately, we’ve hit some roadblocks in getting the word out.

Social media outlets are cracking down on anything related to psychedelics recently, and online ads networks simply won’t carry our message. Too risky! Even networks specializing in cannabis ads have told us they can't help!

Psychedelic news outlets are hesitant to cover touch-related topics, especially after recent challenges and tragedies in the worlds of ketamine and MDMA therapies. As a result, we’re missing out on their readership and visibility, too.

We know the power of word of mouth in grassroots movements, and we believe in the value of your voice - especially with tough topics.

How An Affiliate Account Works, If You Choose to Use It

Sharing is caring - and labor! You have the ability to earn by promoting products and bringing in new co-learners to Touch with Substance and Unwind Learning. I can turn on your access to optional affiliate links and set your commission on ALL courses and the conference at 30%. Just ask - email me at info@unwindoakland.com.

You will need to take a couple steps to start earning commissions for replays and courses. Understanding exactly how to track affiliate associations and commissions can help you ensure that you get appropriate credit for the extra interest you are generating.

Unwind uses Affiliate Links to track who has sent a new student to a site; these links are specific URLs that include your unique Affiliate Code, and you will have access to URLs for individual courses, communities and bundles as well as a general homepage link.

Whenever a new visitor arrives at the site through one of these links, their browser saves a cookie with a record of your code, which lasts for 30 days — if that student signs up at any time during that next month, they will be counted as one of your referrals. From that point on, products they buy will earn you a commission, based on the terms of your affiliate agreement.

You will continue using your existing Unwind Learning account as usual.

How to Access Your Affiliate Menu

Log in with the email and password
Open your Profile menu by clicking on your name or profile image at the top right of the page
Click on Affiliate to bring up your affiliate menu
Use the options on the left side of the screen to navigate through the different sections

Affiliate Menu Sections:

General Affiliate Information: Details of your commission rate can be found here.

Your Affiliate Links: This is where you can find the unique product URLs that you will share with your audience. There is also a general Homepage Link, in case you want to direct potential students to the homepage rather than a specific course.

Financial Reports: Here you can see your commission totals, a breakdown of your individual commissions, your payouts and tracking on the number of visitors through your affiliate links.

Settings: This section displays your Affiliate Code and Commission rate, as well as your PayPal-linked email.
